We recently celebrated the groundbreaking for 75 Dudley, a new 15-unit affordable condominium development in Boston. Once complete, this four-story project will create affordable homeownership opportunities for individuals and families in the community.

Throwback to Ashley Square!
This 120-unit affordable senior housing community in downtown Jacksonville transformed a former parking lot into much-needed housing that continues to serve residents today.
The six-story, 170,000 SF development features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, a 160-space parking garage, and amenity spaces designed to foster comfort and connection.
Located in the Cathedral District, Ashley Square helped bring renewed energy to the area while creating long-term affordable housing opportunities for the community!

We’re happy to announce the recent completion of Salem Historic Schools!
This adaptive reuse project transformed two vacant historic school buildings in Salem, MA into a 61-unit affordable housing community. The 79,000 SF conversion preserves the original character of the structures while creating modern homes designed to serve the community for years to come.
