We’re happy to announce that NEI has officially begun construction on the WALIPP Senior Residence Expansion Project, a transformative affordable housing community for seniors in Houston’s historic Third Ward!
This meaningful project will deliver approximately 90,000+ SF of high-quality, affordable senior housing and create 102 new homes for individuals aged 55+, bringing safe, dignified living options to those who deserve it most.
