Great day at the groundbreaking for 4 Mellen Street in Cambridge! This project will preserve and renovate a historic 3-story mansion and add a new 6-story Passive House building with a focus on family-sized homes, 65% of the units will be 2- and 3-bedrooms.

Congrats to the Dudley Crossing team!
We’re proud to share that this project is now a @passivehouseinstituteus CORE 2021 Certified project, a big win for energy-efficient, sustainable housing to Roxbury’s Nubian Square.

The ribbon was officially cut at Pok Oi Residences in Boston!
This new six-story building at Tai Tung Village includes 85 affordable rental units, along with ground-floor space for businesses.

We’re excited to share that Danielle Camporini, RA, CPHB has been promoted to Superintendent!
Danielle began her career at NEI as an Assistant Project Manager and later made the move to the field as an Assistant Superintendent to gain a different perspective on the construction process. She’s been an important part of several successful projects, always bringing integrity, clear communication, and a strong focus on quality.
