The former site of the iconic music venue Sir Morgan’s Cove was redeveloped into a new seven-story mixed-use multifamily development adjacent to Polar Park in Worcester’s Historic Canal District. the building consists of 173 units, retail and entertainment uses as well as state-of-the-art amenities.
