This extensive two-year renovation involved life safety and quality of life improvements including new flooring, walls, appliances, ceiling fans, and central air. The project also involved the new construction of a community room and computer lab. Valencia Way now provides Jacksonville locals with safe, affordable, and dignified housing and amenities to further enrich their lives.
