Overview:

Built in 2003, the three-story property originally included 66-units that NEI converted into 48 units of affordable, independent living for the 62+ community. The building, previously reliant on natural gas, now includes new electric HVAC systems throughout as well as an 84kw solar panel system. Additionally, other energy-saving upgrades included new windows, appliances, and LED lighting.
