Overview:

The multi-family rehabilitation at Sandhill Village consisted of upgrades and modernization to 40 units of housing in five stand-alone, two-story buildings. Upgrades included new doors, windows, roofing, painting, flooring and cabinetry as well mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. The project concluded with parking lot repairs and fresh new landscaping.
