Overview:

This project involved the transformation of the former Hotel 140 on Clarendon Street in Boston into 210 units of affordable housing and support services for the homeless. The 100-year-old 13-story building was also formerly home to the YMCA Boston. The offices are still located in the building and were included in the renovations.
