Mod-Rehabilitation

Overview:

The moderate rehabilitation of two affordable senior housing buildings- a 14-story high-rise and a four-story mid-rise totaling 318 units, included select kitchen and bath renovations, ADA and accessibility improvements, common area improvements, new windows, HVAC, roof replacement, fire alarm and nurse call systems, fire sprinklers throughout the building, dining room and commercial kitchen renovation, and elevator repairs. All work was completed occupied and coordinated to minimize resident disruption.
