Overview:

Rivermark Apartments is an occupied interior and exterior renovation of a 300-unit affordable housing complex. The exterior included the over clad of more than 180,000 square-feet of ribbed faced block and 1970’s style construction. The interior included updates to common spaces such as the community room, activity room, and computer lab as well as lobbies, elevators, corridors, flooring, lighting, signage, and select interior unit renovations.
