Mod-Rehabilitation

Overview:

Located in Brookline Place within the University Park campus at MIT, this project involved the addition of 9 new residential units as well as the occupied rehab of 77 existing units within the community. Eight of the new units created were housed in a new four-story, LEED Platinum, wood-framed building and the ninth was converted from an existing office space.
