Overview:

The Julia Bancroft Apartments is a historic rehabilitation of a original 1920s school building. Demolishing the later-built addition and replacing it with a new, four-story building will provide a 60-unit, mixed-income senior development. The project is designed to meet LEED Silver sustainability standards and will offer studio, one-and two-bedroom units. The new community will provide pleasing resident spaces, outdoor patios, fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, and more.
