This LEED-certified new construction project is a 115,000 SF, two-level, residential assisted living development in scenic Cape Cod, Massachusetts. A combination of assisted living, memory care, and respite care comprise the 132-unit facility. Amenities include a casual bistro, formal dining room, an indoor pool, as well as various lounges and common areas.
