Overview:

This challenging project involved the historic rehab of a building originating from the 1800s as well as the construction of a new building, together totaling 87,691 SF. The senior community includes a mix of 58 assisted living units, 18 memory care units, and 3 independent living units and will offer an innovative program that bridges the areas of memory care and assisted living.
