Overview:

The moderate rehabilitation of this high-rise 17-story affordable senior housing building included all new windows, roof replacement, flooring upgrades, energy efficiency measures, HVAC, and kitchens. All work was completed occupied and coordinated to minimize resident disruption. Also included were health and fire safety upgrades, 10 new fully accessible units, and ADA building access and common area improvements.
