Overview:

This affordable housing, substantial rehabilitation project consisted of the rehabilitation of 216 apartment units including new kitchens and bath, flooring, paint and finishes, as well as HVAC systems and a new fire sprinkler suppression system. A new community center was built to support the ever-growing resident services programs.
