Overview:

Wardman Apartments is a ground up reconstruction of 12 fire damaged affordable units in a historic wood-framed structure in the Roxbury neighborhood. This project included complete reconstruction of the building in a fast-track design-build process to quickly return displaced residents. This project is LEED for Homes Platinum certified.
