Overview:

Moderate rehabilitation included 77 units of affordable housing across a scattered site in Salem Massachusetts. The project included 11 building sites of various construction types and required careful coordination and sequencing. Also included in the project was the creation of a pocket park transforming a derelict lot into a small urban community park.
