Saint Joseph Apartments
Adaptive reuse and historic preservation of 26,000 SF of abandoned Saint Joseph school building. The project included creation of 15 units of affordable housing and installation of complete new building infrastructure, mechanical systems and structural upgrades. The interior historic wood stair was reconstruction and exterior masonry facade restored.
