Part of Chelsea’s Box District, this former box manufacturing industrial district has been transformed as a new 250+ unit, multi-block residential neighborhood. Janus Highland Apartments involved the construction 41 new affordable residential units consisting of a three story wood framed building with clapboard sided facades.
