Overview:

The former James Tripp Rooming house in historic New Bedford Massachusetts was restored and reconfigured into 12 units of affordable housing. This design/build project involved a substantial renovation and restoration of the historic property including building stabilization, complete MEP and life safety system replacement, site work infrastructure, and facade restoration.
