Overview:

Located in Boston’s South End, this seven story wing of the former St. James Hotel had been abandoned since the mid-1990’s. The project included conversion of the wing into 8 luxury rental units. The exterior of the building required careful restoration and artistic incorporation of a new elevator shaft and resident balconies.
