Part of Chelsea’s Box District, this former box manufacturing industrial district has been transformed as a new 250+ unit, multi-block residential neighborhood. Highland Terrace involved new construction of 32 family dwelling units in three three-story, wood-framed buildings, with two parking lots for 26 cars as well as landscaped open space.
