Overview:

Briston Arms has been serving as an affordable housing asset for the City of Cambridge since 1973. Renovations to this 153 unit owner occupied mixed income community include new windows, air conditioning and heating systems, storm doors, roofing, siding, masonry repairs and fire alarm code upgrades. Eight units on the property will be complete renovations to be brought into compliance with current ADA (accessibility) requirements.
