Overview:

Located in the Lower Acre neighborhood of Haverhill, Massachusetts, this historic elementary school was built after the Civil War and thousands of Haverhill residents attended there until the mid-1970s. The project included the adaptive reuse and restoration of the three-story building into 12 affordable residential units.
