JUNE, 2016  NEI celebrated the opening of the senior affordable housing project with owner The Neighborhood Developers and architect Utile, Inc. Part of the City of Revere’s ongoing Broadway revitalization effort, the project involved the demolition of an existing building to make way for the new construction including 39 units, a community room, a fitness room, onsite parking and laundry, and an outdoor courtyard. One Beach is centrally located at the intersection of Broadway and Beach Street, offering residents convenient access to amenities and public transportation.
