SEPTEMBER, 2016 A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held for Maplewood at Mayflower Place, a new 75-bed memory care facility located at the site of the former Mill Hill Club in West Yarmouth, MA. NEI is working with Omega Healthcare, also the owner of recently completed NEI project Maplewood at Brewster, and architect Stein Troost LLC. This community will expand Maplewood’s ability to provide much needed care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The building will be over 58,000 square feet and will contain two commercial kitchens, a wellness center, a spa, and a pub, among other amenities.
