MAY, 2016 NEI and Elton + Hampton, Architects broke ground on Lyndhurst Washington yesterday morning in Dorchester, MA. This Codman Square Neighborhood affordable housing project is part renovation, part adaptive reuse, and part new construction. Lyndhurst Washington will offer 44 affordable units for families with 13 units reserved for households earning less than 30 percent of area median income.
