JUNE, 2016 Today we’re celebrating the completion of our FIRST project in Florida! In 2013, we expanded with a second location in Ocoee and took on the extensive renovation of Trinity Towers West in Melbourne with Jacksonville based architect PQH Group, Inc. last year. Nonprofit developer POAH purchased the property, including three separate buildings (Trinity Towers West, East, and South), allowing it to be preserved as affordable housing for low and moderate income seniors. The challenging nearly $9 million renovation of the 17-story, 192-unit high-rise included numerous upgrades completed in an occupied environment.
