JUNE, 2016 NEI celebrated the opening of Stony Brook Residences Friday in Westford, MA with owner Common Ground Development Corp. and architect Winslow Architects, Inc.. This project involved the new energy efficient construction of 36 affordable housing units across 7 residential style buildings in a family friendly community. It also included complete site development and careful logistical coordination with an adjacent public school. Congratulations to the entire team!
