JANUARY, 2016  NEI celebrated the groundbreaking of Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lutz, Florida yesterday. This skilled nursing facility will be a combination of memory care and long term and short term living. Once completed, Tampa Lakes will total 96,000 SF and 180 beds and include several amenities such as spas, cafes, and gyms. O’Keefe – Painter Architects LLC is the architect on the project.
