MARCH, 2017  NEI recently broke ground on Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lakeland, FL. This $14 Million project will involve the complete construction of a 120 bed skilled nursing facility offering therapy, long term living, and short term living to locals.

The facility will be designed to have four “neighborhoods”- each having a dining and living area as well as a lounge. The new center will also provide several luxury amenities including a bistro, café, coffee bar, theater, spa, 2 courtyards and 2 gyms.

The Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center project team is composed of architect O’Keefe – Painter Architects LLC and owner Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc., who also worked with NEI on recently completed Tamp Lakes Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lutz, FL.
