OCTOBER, 2016 NEI General Contracting is very excited to announce that Carol Fuller has joined our team as Director of Diversity and Compliance. We believe the most successful projects are those that engage and reflect the communities they are built in. The addition of Carol to NEI will allow us to enhance project diversity and to participate more fully in the community and economic development interests of our clients.
Carol is a highly regarded compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She’s established an outstanding reputation by continually exceeding EEO/Affirmative Action goals across her expansive project experience in Massachusetts and has been recognized by the Boston Employment Commission, MassHousing, the Boston Residents Jobs Policy Office, HUD, and others for the results of her efforts in workforce; and minority, woman and disadvantaged business compliance. Carol has also used her workforce diversity and compliance expertise as a consultant to developers, funding sources, and general contractors.
In her new role at NEI, Carol will be responsible for defining and establishing all policies and procedures pertaining to company diversity and project compliance.
