AUGUST, 2016 One of NEI’s new residential construction projects will be receiving LEED certification! 525 Beach Street, consisting of 30 affordable units in a four-story wood structure, was completed with The Neighborhood Developers and ICON Architecture in the spring of 2015. This project replaced a dilapidated warehouse on a tight urban site and is now being recognized by the USGBC for being designed to meet criteria for sustainable design.
