JANUARY, 2016  NEI General Contracting and The Architectural Team celebrated the grand opening of Maplewood at Brewster in Brewster, MA last night. The new senior living community is the first property to be built in scenic Cape Cod from operator Maplewood Senior Living. Construction concluded in just 15 months despite interruptions due to heavy snowfall during the winter of 2015. The 115,000 SF, two level, 132 unit residential assisted living development is comprised of a combination of assisted living, memory care, and respite care. There are several luxury amenities including a casual bistro named after our very own Superintendent on the project, Mitch Finn (Finn’s Pub). Congratulations to all involved!
