JUNE, 2016 A groundbreaking ceremony was held today for Olive Branch Health and Rehabilitation Center. This new skilled nursing facility will involve the complete construction of a one-story, 90 bed facility totaling approximately 75,850 square feet. NEI will be working with Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc and Architectural Concepts, Inc on the project.
