Rich Ionelli

“The most fulfilling thing for me is seeing a team of people come together, grow, work hard, and have fun. Our teams are willing to do anything we put in front of them and aren’t limited to any job profile or expectation of a certain role. To grow and learn with our team is the most rewarding part of my job.”

Rich joined NEI General Contracting in 2012 and in 2013, Rich moved to Florida to open NEI’s Southeast office. Since joining NEI he has served in positions of increasing responsibility, from project manager to director of construction operations and is currently serving as the vice president of the Southeast operations.

With over 24 years of construction experience, Rich currently oversees all aspects of NEI’s Southeast operations and leads all of the construction teams, from initial bid through completion. Rich oversees project team members that are directly involved in short and long-term projects in FL, TX, SC and WV including, but not limited to, project executives, project managers and superintendents.

Rich has worked in 26 states and his extensive expertise in construction management includes multi-family, senior housing, community centers, custom homes, restaurants and power plants.
