Randy brings over 20 years of experience in construction management and, prior to joining NEI, held management roles for several of the largest privately held construction management firms in the United States. In his role as Director of People Operations at NEI, he will assist senior management in defining the corporate makeup of the company, ensuring NEI employees are given the necessary training and development opportunities to perform at their absolute best as well as working on corporate engagement to bring out the optimum in work-life balance.
Randy earned his Human Resource Management Certification through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Virginia University and an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
