This new two-story, 75-bed memory care facility was built on the site of the former Mill Hill Club in West Yarmouth, MA. Part of the award-winning, full-service, continuing care retirement community of Maplewood at Mayflower campus, The Mill Hill Residence was designed with a nautical, Cape Cod aesthetic.  The 62,000 SF facility features an open-kitchen, bistros, Wellness Center, Acai Spa & Salon, and libraries and stone fireplaces throughout.
