We recently celebrated the groundbreaking for 1200 Montello in Brockton, in collaboration with @nhsmass. Together, we are embarking on the construction of a 94-unit affordable housing complex in the vibrant Campello neighborhood. Located adjacent to a commuter rail station on the Middleborough/Lakeville Line, this transformative project will introduce essential transit-oriented housing and revitalize a former industrial area.

This development will also feature an array of residential amenities on the ground level, complemented by a strategically positioned retail space at the corner. This dynamic blend will infuse vitality into the streetscape, fostering an inviting environment for further growth within the community!

Riverside Towers in Medford, MA, is now complete! This 14-story affordable housing project, consisting of 200 units dedicated to the disabled and elderly, involved renovations to 156 units, MEP upgrades, and enhancements to common areas and amenity spaces. We recently participated in a tour of The Pryde, organized by the @pwcboston, alongside @pennrosecompany, @lgbtqseniorhousing, and @dimellashaffer.

The Pryde, a renovation of the former Rogers School in Hyde Park, MA, will feature 74 units - a mix of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom independent living apartments for LGBTQ seniors over age 62. Also included will be a 10,000 SF Community Center, which will serve as a vibrant public gathering space.

During the tour, attendees delved into the project, gaining insights into how the team addressed challenges related to accessibility and historic preservation. Following the tour, participants gathered at Park54 for networking opportunities with the project team.

Great news from Winter Garden Florida! Stoneybrook Place Senior Living is under construction, and will feature a 3-story building for independent living and a 2-story space for memory care/assisted living. When complete the development will include a total of 33 memory care units, 32 assisted living units, and 101 independent living units.

Amenities will include a multimedia room, club room, and a stylish bar/bistro. Outside, residents will enjoy a sunlit pool, a calm Memory Care courtyard, and a dedicated dog park. We`re on track for completion in August 2025 and are partnering with Leo Brown Group and pH7 Architects!

Exciting update! Morton Station Village in Mattapan, MA is officially complete!

Located at Morton Street and the Fairmount MBTA line, this new 27,000 SF mixed-use building features 40 units—31 affordable rentals, 9 market-rate homes—accompanied by parking for 30 cars, common areas, and carefully crafted amenities, all aimed at elevating the living experience for residents.
