Rehabilitation and conversion of a 1895 Catholic high school, formerly know as Saint Joseph High School, into 22 residential units of affordable housing and common areas. Project included preservation of historic cupola, restoration of existing grand stair, building envelope upgrades and complete new MEP and life safety systems.
